What is a Vitality Assessment?

The Vitality Fitness Assessments give you an indication of how fit you are. It is a quick and easy assessment done by a Biokineticist and includes:

Blood pressure measurement.

Height measurement.

Weight measurement.

Glucose testing.

Treadmill and bike testing for heart rate monitoring.

Simple exercises and body movements for strength and flexibility testing.

After the assessment, you will get a comprehensive report showing your level of fitness and areas that need to be improved.Vitality points are earned for completing this test and are allocated to you by Discovery Vitality.
