Aliyah is currently completing her biokinetics internship at Samantha Dunbar Inc., following the successful completion of her Honours in Biokinetics at the University of Cape Town (UCT) in 2024. Her passion for biokinetics stems from her deep desire to help people improve their quality of life and make a meaningful difference in their daily functioning.

Aliyah has a particular interest in orthopaedic and neurological conditions, with a growing passion for specialising in neurological rehabilitation. She believes that individuals should not be defined solely by their impairments, but rather by how they adapt and grow stronger through their experiences. Her goal is to empower people to not only recover but thrive, fostering a sense of independence and well-being in every aspect of their lives.
