About

Meneshre graduated in 2002 from the University of the Western Cape and has been enthusiastically  practicing physiotherapy for the past 23 years ,in KZN,UK and Johannesburg. 

She is particularly passionate about the field of out patient physiotherapy, aiming to have a holistic view on healing and therapy with her patients. 

Her special interests include Temperomandibular joint disorders,,headaches and stress management, and she has done a variety of courses during her time practicing which include dry needling, Acupressure ,Mckenzie spinal training, Reiki, and Orthopaedic manual therapy.
