About
Nthabiseng Mdluli is a passionate physiotherapist who is dedicated to helping people regain their independence and return to doing the things they love. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Pretoria in 2024 and went on to complete her community service at Helen Joseph Tertiary Hospital in 2025, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and gained valuable experience in patient assessment, clinical reasoning and rehabilitation.
Nthabiseng has also completed additional training in Dry Needling and Strapping, further expanding her skills in the management of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
She believes that physiotherapy is not only about treating an injury or managing pain, but about helping patients work towards meaningful goals and regain confidence in their bodies. She enjoys working collaboratively with patients to set realistic, individualised rehabilitation goals and supporting them throughout their recovery journey.
Her ultimate goal is to help patients regain their independence and safely return to their everyday activities, work, sport and the activities they enjoy most.
